Richelle graduated from New Hampshire Institute of the Therapeutic Arts in 2019. She specializes in rehabilitation, detailed injury reversal, pain management, prenatal, cancer, and lymphatic. She is also Reiki 2 certified.

Beth went to NHITA in Nashua NH and is a beautiful blend of technical and relaxing.
She has personal experience with healing a herniated disc in her lower back. Over several months, using a holistic approach combining yoga, massage, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and swimming, she was able to avoid the use of steroids and surgery.

Kevin has a Masters in Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture. He came to practice acupuncture after a long career in the sciences. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Synthetic Organic Chemistry. In his career as a chemist, he worked on a wide variety of projects in industry, from cancer research, to new materials for electroluminescent devices, to environmentally friendly diesel fuel formulations, to organic photographic systems. His work was most concentrated in cancer research, having done this both at Boston University and as a long time employee of AstraZeneca.

Lorna is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in Transformational Breathwork, during which time she has developed a profound understanding of the healing power of breath. Since beginning her journey in 1994, she became a certified Transformational Breath Facilitator in 1998 and obtained her Co-Trainer Certificate in 2008, demonstrating her commitment to the craft.
Lorna's life took a transformative turn in 2013 following a tragic car accident that shifted her focus after two decades in the fitness industry and healing arts. This profound experience inspired her to return to academia in 2016, where she pursued a degree in Human Services, complemented by her undergraduate studies in Psychology with a concentration in Childhood Development and Addiction. She is nearing the completion of her graduate degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling, with plans to obtain her license in early 2026.
With over 30 years of dedicated spiritual healing work, Lorna has immersed herself in various practices including Breathwork, Reiki, Ashtanga Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness Meditation, and Somatic Experiencing. Her mission is to harness her rich life experiences and extensive training to assist others in their healing journeys.
